Angela Saini is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides medication management services for adults. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the University of California, San Francisco for her Master of Science in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization. Her background includes working with severely mentally ill and incarcerated individuals. She also has many years of experience working in inpatient psychiatry as a registered nurse. Her specialties include mood and anxiety disorders. She uses a trauma informed approach in her practice. Her areas of interest include working with transitional age youth and immigrant populations.

What can patients expect from you as a provider? I am a good listener, empathetic, and nonjudgmental provider. I genuinely care about my patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they are properly cared for.

What do you specialize in? Mood disorders Anxiety Insomnia

What makes you different as a provider? I like to work alongside my patients to come up with a treatment plan together based on their current state of readiness, rather than telling them what to do. My patients will find that there are many different options for treatment. No “my way or the highway” here. This is a team effort.

How long have you lived in Southern California? I have lived in Oregon for over 1 year.

How would you describe your family? My family loves to be silly. We do not take ourselves too seriously in my home. We love to travel and spend time together.

What sort of interests or hobbies do you have? Traveling, being outdoors, exercising
