What can patients expect from you as a provider? In general, I'm eclectic and integrative in my approach. I am very much influenced by your individual needs, and what you are specifically seeking to get out of our work together. The therapy experience is different for each     person, and I really enjoy showing up in session to see where the path leads. I am here to honor and celebrate your individual story so that your resilience and strength can be fostered and nurtured.

How would you describe your family? My family of origin is complex, loving, and a very important part of who I am. My second "chosen family", consisting of my wife, pets, and friends, is a wonderful and supportive community. Like my first family, these folks are integral to everything that I do.

What sort of interests and hobbies do you have? I love being outside and being active, and I enjoy road biking, hiking, still water kayaking, and rock climbing. Spending time outside is very important to my sense of well being! I plan to set up an obstacle course in my backyard soon. I also enjoy quiet interests like cooking, baking, journaling, reading, and mindfulness activities.
