What makes you different as a provider? I love to take an empowering, strengths-based, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. This sets the stage for self-acceptance, which is crucial for happiness. Therapy is all about building a supportive relationship so an individual can gain insight into aspects of their life, feel more empowered to tackle challenges, explore past and current relationships, and develop greater levels of self-acceptance, coping, and balance in life. Additionally, I believe there is no limit to what you can achieve when you have the support to realize your potential. Each life-challenge we are presented, contains within it, the inherent tools to promote the very growth needed to overcome it.
How long have you lived in Southern California and what brought you here? Born and raised in Seattle, WA. Then followed the sunny path to San Diego for college and never left.
What sort of interests of hobbies do you have? In my free time, I enjoy traveling, being in nature, trying out new cooking recipes, going on hikes and visiting with family and friends.
